At the Garden Route Recovery Centre, our philosophy is based upon the time proven 12-step recovery program, and the Minnesota Model of Treatment, which continues to help addicts and alcoholics make essential changes in their lives all over the world. Added to this combination is the professional experiences of our multi-disciplinary counselling and medical team, all of whom have extensive knowledge of addiction, recovery and after-care programs. This combination of seasoned and modern counselling techniques supports an ever-evolving approach that is essential in acknowledging and respecting the individuality of all clients searching for rehabilitation.    

The Garden Route Recovery Centre arranges detoxification for the following addictions:

• Heroin addiction,
• heroin/crack addiction,
• heroin and benzodiazepine addiction Cocaine,
• amphetamine
• and methamphetamine addiction

The Garden Route Recovery Centre hits the nail on the head when they tell us what addiction actually is -

Inside the centre there are currently four bedrooms and the ladies room is en-suite with a bath , shower and a toilet. The other bedrooms have easy access to toilets and shower rooms. They also have a television lounge area, therapy rooms, a braai area and a lovely peaceful garden.
