   I write on behalf of my sick sister and am seeking urgent advice/help. My sister is 16ys old and severly ill with builuimia, she weighs a dangerous 35kgs. My mom is a single parent and does not have the money or the means to cope with the situation , which is you can imagine is distressing for her watching her daughter wither away before her eyes and not knowing how to help her. I am her older sister and am extremely worried and at my wits end on how we can help her. She has been in and out of state hospitals, but they only seem to sedate her before releasing her days later, not really helping her uncontrollable situation. My mom and sister live in durban. My question is how much would treatment cost and do you have any advice on how I can help her? We are desperate, and do not want her to die!!! Please PLEASE please could someone help us.

In the last few years, her anger has been building up – she goes into wild rages and no-one or nothing can calm her down… she bangs and breaks and slams everything in her way, me and my family are extremely worried about her – for her safety.. please can you advise on how we can help her as I think that this is a build up of a number of things over the years.. any help at all will be appreciated.
